PM-Kisan 20th and 21st Installment Dates 2025: Complete Your Aadhaar e-KYC to Receive the Payment

The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-Kisan) scheme has been a vital financial support system for millions of small and marginal farmers across India. As beneficiaries await the upcoming releases, ensuring your Aadhaar-seeded bank account is updated and completing your e-KYC on time is essential for uninterrupted benefits.

What is PM-Kisan Yojana?

The PM-Kisan scheme, launched by the Government of India, provides eligible farmer families with an annual financial benefit of ₹6,000. This support is transferred directly into the bank accounts of registered beneficiaries in three equal installments of ₹2,000 every four months (typically across periods covering February, June, and October).

Expected PM-Kisan 20th and 21st Installment Schedule

  • 20th Installment: Expected around June 2025 (Tentative, subject to official government notification)

  • 21st Installment: Anticipated around October 2025 (Tentative, subject to official government notification)

Note: Official dates are finalized and announced by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare prior to release. To avoid delays in receiving payment, farmers must complete their Aadhaar e-KYC well in advance.

Why is e-KYC Mandatory?

The Government of India has made e-KYC mandatory to:

  • Prevent fraud and eliminate unauthorized beneficiaries.

  • Ensure direct benefit transfers (DBT) reach genuine farmers.

  • Keep Aadhaar-linked bank details updated for seamless distribution.

Official Ways to Complete PM-Kisan e-KYC
